Ecotop Ripening Australia was founded by Paul Brady and Steve Oakley in 2018, when they realised a need in the Australian marketplace for improved technology and energy efficiency with ripening rooms in Australia.
In September 2018, the first Ecotop ripening room was built in Melbourne’s South East to demonstrate locally for the first time this leading edge technology, which allows clients to view and test the ripening of Australian fruits, first hand.
